- Installation of 3m concrete road through the middle of the site to service the build programme, 400m in length

- Installation of 20nr pre-cast headwalls to ponds and swales
- Reinforced slab to new Café which included gas membranes, petrol interceptors and foul storage tanks
- 2000m of timber edgings, aluminium and concrete edgings to footpaths
- Breedon Gravel footpaths
- Resin footpaths
- Bod Pav system to car parks and lay-bys
- S278 works including traffic management, tarmac and associated works
